Inspiring the next generation of innovators through hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math education on campus.
Port San Antonio connects young learners with the industries and technologies shaping our future — through partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and industry leaders offering three ways to bring science, technology, engineering, and math to life on the campus where that work happens every day.
Now in its 15th year, Core4 STEM brings students from across San Antonio to the Port campus for immersive experiences in aerospace, cybersecurity, robotics, and engineering. Students work alongside industry mentors and gain exposure to real-world career pathways.
Each summer, Port San Antonio hosts STEM camps that give students hands-on experience with drones, coding, 3D printing, and more. These programs are designed to spark curiosity and build skills in a fun, supportive environment.
We collaborate with organizations like Project QUEST, SA Works, and local school districts to expand STEM access for underserved communities. Our goal is to ensure every student in San Antonio can see a pathway to a technology career.

Core4 STEM pairs students directly with the engineers, technicians, and operators working inside Port San Antonio's tenant companies. That proximity turns a school field trip into a first look at a future career — in aerospace, cybersecurity, robotics, and beyond.
Students who continue on the pathway can connect with our on-campus schools or step into workforce training designed for the same industries.
Schools, nonprofits, and families can connect with our education team to learn about Core4 STEM, summer camps, and partner programs.
